I started this business to support my daughter, who is in the early stages of transitioning. I post this information with her permission. All my underwear designs have been tested by her and her friends.
A further approach by a young mum led me to add a range for children.

Materials & Sizing:
- Made from 95% cotton jersey, 5% elastane. These pants are ready for you to wear. You only need to know your hip size.

Hi, I`m Lynda, and my shop is ButterfliesGB. Did I mean to start a small business? NO! My daughter is transitioning and wanted comfortable underwear that gave a smooth front outline and body profile she wanted. She tried numerous makes (some very expensive) and found them to be lacking. Could I make her some? Numerous interesting and personal conversations ensued, and between us, we came up with the product I have for sale. Many hours later, trying out patterns and materials, we hit on something that works! Hooray!!!
I have ready-made items for which I keep a small stock; most are made to order, and I also offer a bespoke service.
For the bespoke service, every lingerie item is made to your measurements. Nothing is ready-made. You choose the fabric and the style, and your lingerie is made to your measurements.
The knickers can be hipsters or full briefs (other designs in the pipeline), they can have a yoga waist band or pretty stretch lace with fold-over elastic at the legs.
