This Book Cosy is a lined book sleeve, also known as a cover, or protector. They are made out of two layers of cotton fabric with a layer of interfacing.  A button with elastic is also used to close the sleeve.

There are 7 different fabrics to choose from for the outer cover: 3 colourways of floral, Camouflage green, Rainbow, Pink Butterfly or Tartan, and they all come with a contrasting plain fabric (see photos for colours).  Alternative colour linings can be requested.  Other personalised options are also available in my Beautifully Handmade shop.  You can order them in two different sizes.  A small one is perfect for your average size paperback book, whereas a large one fits standard hardback books.  If you want a particular size, please message the measurements you require and I will make it up for you.

An optional extra is the addition of a corner bookmark which is made in the two contrast fabrics.  This has an elastic loop so they can be attached to the button on the front of the sleeve when not in use.  A corner bookmark slips over the pages to save losing your place in the book while avoiding having to fold the pages and spoil the book.
