This stunning gemstone jewellery set consists of a wire-wrapped quartz pendant necklace and a pair of wire-wrapped dangle earrings in a herringbone design. The wire used is silver-plated, ,and the earrings hang on a choice of silver-plated ear hooks, sterling silver ear hooks, or ball studs (select your desired choice from the options given above).
These drop earrings and pendant necklace can also be purchased separately.

I have always been a creative person, at university I studied textile design and focused on knitting, weaving, and knotting designs and techniques manipulating materials to become wearable fabrics with a trapped aesthetic linking to the natural world, such as branches and root systems.
Some years later, after having my first little boy, I felt the need to explore a new creative path and started to teach myself wire wrapping. Wire wrapping is similar to the processes I had already learnt and felt like a natural step in my creative journey, allowing me to explore the beauty of organic shapes within nature to create wearable art.
Wire-wrapped jewellery is one of the oldest jewellery-making techniques in the world. It is created using metal wire which is manipulated by bending and twisting it into shapes either around itself or to capture an object(s) within its coils such as gemstones, shells or beads.
