I have always had a love of sewing and creating ( Mum taught me to sew, Nan taught me to knit and crochet) . My Dad bought me my first sewing book for my 10th birthday. "McCall's sewing in colour",  the first thing I made was a kilt for my  7"  doll all hand sewn with tiny stitches, I was very proud of myself.

 When I purchased my home Embroidery/sewing machine I was hooked on embroidery, then I went onto digitizing embroidery designs myself.

I have made many garments and decorated them with embroidery for my 3 children (who have also been my mannequins) over the years and continue to do so for my grandchildren.

So if I don't take the plunge now and start my shop when will I? It's scary but also very exciting too.
